These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all purchases of products (including but not limited to 100% Pima cotton polo shirts, tees, sweaters, bottoms, underwear, socks, and accessories) from Psychobunsy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website. By placing an order on our website, you (“you” or “customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies posted on the site.
1. Order Placement and Acceptance
- Order Submission: When you complete the checkout process on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 4). All order details (e.g., product type, size, quantity, shipping address) are subject to your review and confirmation before submission—please verify these details carefully, as errors may delay fulfillment.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in whole or in part. Acceptance occurs only when we send you a formal order confirmation email (containing your order number, product details, and shipping information) or when we ship your products—whichever comes first. - Order Modifications/Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed (i.e., after you receive the order confirmation email), modifications (e.g., size changes, address updates) or cancellations may only be requested if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
